Watched Alexis King's "The Unreasonable Effectiveness of Constructive Data Modeling" with great anticipation and was not disappointed. Use types not to restrict a big universe of values to the small subset you can accept but to build up the values you do care about. Alexis's slides are always so well-designed and intelligible.

Just read What We're No Longer Seeing: AI and the Invisible Newcomer in Open Source by Mara Averick from the stdlib project, and it very clearly articulates a thought I've had recently about how large language models empower individuals at the expense of communities
